Transport
There is a regular bus service that travels to the city centre, as well as a service called the 17a that will travel the University Hospital.
Schools
There are two popular primary schools in Stivichall, St Thomas More Catholic Primary and Stivichall Primary School. Secondary schools dependent on catchment areas would be Finham Park or Whitley Abbey in neighbouring suburbs.

There are various convenience stores, pharmacy and doctors’ surgery.
Things To Do
The biggest attraction to the area is the War Memorial Park which has various events and activities including the Godiva Festival. There is one pub on the border of Stivichall called the Burnt Post and the popular Steak House, Miller and Carter.
Tom was very proactive in dealing with us the sellers and also our Solicitor. He was knowledgeable about the market giving us hints and tips to make the property more appealing to viewers. He was always polite and approachable making the whole experience less stressful.
We had multiple viewings of the property in quick succession so as to enable us to make a firm decision, Tom was very helpful and understanding about it. They also helped negotiate the date of completion well, as it was not straightforward. In the end, we had an excellent outcome, and all went smoothly.
